Preparation and painting
- Mold and algae removal.
- Scrape or replace the damaged part of walls/ceiling and trim (we wonĄŻt paint in-top of a damaged surface).
- Skim-coat the walls/ceilings if needed or requested.
- Voids, holes, imperfections and cracks will be filled utilizing premium mediums.
- Prime, and caulking where needed.
- Apply quality paint for a consistent professional finish.
Cleaning
- Floors are swept and vacuumed
- Furniture and accessories are replaced to original positions.
- All project tools, equipment, and thrash is removed from the site.
- Final inspection walk thru.

- Installation of scaffoldings where needed.
- Cover the floor where the work is taking place.

- Remove dirt, algae and grime by water blasting.
- Weather checked paint is scraped and sanded smooth.

- Remove the scaffoldings and floor coverings.
- Complete clean up shall be performed, trash removal and sweeping of paint chips.
- Final inspection and sign off.
Faux Finishing
The first thing our decorative painters will do is to understand what the client is exactly looking for. After the idea is clearly understood, our painters provide the client with the sample so both the client and the painter have an idea of what the room/surface will look like. After the approval of the sample, both the client and the painter will sign the sample and the contract. After the work is finished, there will be a final inspection and sign off.
